Emovis UK celebrates national award success

 

Merseyflow has scooped one gold, one bronze and a highly commended award at the acclaimed UK National Contact Centre Awards held on 19 June at a prestigious event at Old Billingsgate in Central London.

The team walked away with:

  • Resource Planning Manager of the Year: Tim Milburn - Gold
  • Contact Centre Support Manager of the Year: Head of HR Emma Simons – Bronze
  • Highly Commended in the Change Maker category: Neil Agate

Neil Conway, Chief Executive of merseyflow, said, “I’m delighted for Tim, Emma and Neil, it’s very well deserved. We were also recognised as finalists in seven categories altogether across our merseyflow operations and those in Leeds.”

Our team fought off tough competition from global organizations including Barclaycard, BT, HSBC, Skybet to name just a few.

The awards are the leading and longest-established industry body for contact centre professionals in the UK. They have an excellent reputation for being of a very high standard. All of the nominees go through a comprehensive judging process, including face to face interviews, panel judging and site visits.
