Halton Junior Team Spirit Competition 2023
COMPETITION RULES
Is your junior sports team based in Halton and in need of a new team kit? merseyflow are offering FIVE lucky Halton junior sports teams (up to the age of 14) the chance to win a full branded team kit.
The prize:
5 lucky clubs/teams will win a free branded, badged and numbered, merseyflow sponsored team kit. The total value of each kit is capped at £1,000 each.
How to enter:
All you need to do to enter is to send an image of your team that reflects your true team spirit to: teamspirit@merseyflow.co.uk before the entry cut-off date: 12 noon Thursday 19 October 2023. Get creative! Only one photo per age group per club is permitted.
The images will be posted on merseyflow’s Facebook page @merseyflowtolls between 19 October and 9 November and the FIVE images which receive the most likes will win.

Terms and Conditions
The promoters are merseyflow, 9 Howard Court, Runcorn, Cheshire, UK. WA7 1SJ.
The competition is open to any junior sports team up to the age of 14 within Halton, Cheshire.
Only one photo per club per age group is permitted. Please make sure that the team you are applying on behalf of has given their consent. By entering the competition, you hereby confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents to use the images of any individuals included in the competition entry and rights have been waived for that use.

The winners will be announced on or before: Friday 10 November 2023.
By entering the competition, the winning team/club agrees to send merseyflow photos of their team and players in the free kit for use on merseyflow’s marketing channels.
The winner can choose any colour available for the team kit, however, the kit must include the merseyflow logo printed across the front of the shirts. The total value of each prize is capped at £1,000 per kit.
The successful applicant will be notified by email or phone. Entries received after the competition has closed or received by any other means (ie: in the post) will not be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend the promotion at any time without giving advance notice.
By submitting your competition entry, you hereby grant merseyflow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, adapt, store, re-format and sub-license the competition entry in connection with any publicity of the competition and for use on merseyflow’s marketing channels.
By participating in the promotion, applicants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Any entrants suspected of creating fake profiles or purchasing likes will be removed from the competition immediately.
